Courier service once a week from Newcastle to London and back via every place on the route.

Our activity is related to logistics and the beginning is in June 2012. From its founding until end of January 2014 We operated as a subcontractor of one of biggest Delivery company in UK. The time in which we worked with them, gained a lot of experience in the delivery services and the customer services. From June 2013 we started house and furniture removals service which we still provide. Was time to expand our activity. Our main purpose is to satisfy customer needs. We make this with a competitive price and quality service. We gained experience in this activity and the result coming. The customer are happy and this is shown. We are so happy when the customers are happy.
From October 2014 we worked with Invertec Interiors Limited which is located in Fairford, Gloucestershire. We carry their goods to their office in Trimdon Grange, County Durham regularly for 6 months.
From March 2015 we provide courier service for our customers. Our van travel every week from Newcastle to London and back via many places on the route in both directions as Sunderland, Durham, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Harrogate, York, Leeds, Doncaster, Sheffield, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Peterborough, Coventry, Northampton, Cambridge, Luton, Oxford, Reading and many more.
We carry small, medium and large removals, office and business moves. We have a Ford Transit Jumbo (long wheelbase). If you have needed the service longer than expected, please pay accordingly. We offer you a competitive prices and very good quality. Our office is located in Gateshead. We provide transportation of goods both from and to the North East. We offer services in other places, but they have an extra charge depending on how far from our office in Gateshead is the location of service.

IMPORTANT WHEN YOU ORDERING OUR SERVICES

When a client need of our service, can order the service in two ways. By sending an e-mail or private message on our Facebook page in order to be all clear and understandable and no misunderstandings. Necessary information which you must describe is:
- Both addresses and postcodes;
- When is single or couple items: dimensions and weight if possible;
- Is there help for loading and unloading or 2 men team will be required;
- Is there stairs/lift and which floor is exact and how is the access;
- Contact information of the customer.

We are available every day from Monday to Sunday.

Prices for house and furniture removals:

For loading/unloading performed by customer- £60 plus fuel. The price including up to 3 hours work. After that the rate will be £15/hour;
1 man help - £80 plus fuel. The price including up to 3 hours work. After that the rate will be £20/hour;
2 men team - £100 plus fuel. The price including up to 3 hours work. After that the rate will be £30/hour;
For long distance - £1/mile for transportation;
When the local job is just single item just give me details about the goods and details about both ends and I will give you quote for 1 man help.

The price for the service is determined by where are situated starting and ending locations, what is the distance between them, how long time will be needed for loading and unloading, and whether the client himself will perform loading and unloading or need of our help. Once you send us the details, we will reply you in detail for each expense, and then if you confirm that you accept the offer, we will have a great pleasure to perform this service for you.

I carry from small parcels to large furniture and freight goods. The prices starts from £30 fro very small and light goods. To give you exact price I will need of few details first:
1. Full dimensions (height x width x depth) and weight of your goods;
2. Pickup and delivery address and postcodes;
3. Any specific day(s) and time(s) for pickup and delivery;
4. Which floors are pickup and delivery ends and is there lift big enough?
5. Is there stairs at pickup and delivery ends?
6. How is the access at pickup and delivery ends (can I stop close to the entrance and is there any restrictions)?
7. If is not easy to be find it can you provide street view pictures with the right place?

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The price for my regular route Newcastle Upon Tyne - London is depend of the space which will take your goods and the weight along with the location of the both ends (pickup and delivery postcodes); Is there stairs or no, which floors are exactly and is there lift; Can I stop for long time close to the property and if impossible how long is the distance between the property and the area where I can stop.
1. Price including Ford Transit Jumbo LWB High Roof - 11,5 m3 (4x1,8x1,6m);
2. Price including 1 man help so help at both ends may require by the customer;
3. Price including only one attempt;
4. When you didn't provide which floors is exactly the price is for ground floor to ground floor;
5. When you didn't provide details about the access at pickup and delivery ends then the price is for good access very close to the entrance (couple meters) without any restrictions;
6. If you didn't provide specific time for pickup/delivery this mean that you are flexible and the job can be done between 7am-11pm.
7. The furniture must be easily moved in and out of properties;
8. Your items must be clean otherwise extra charge may apply or I can refuse to collect;
9. Failure to correctly all of your information will result in missing other bookings I have that day and charges will apply. I reserve the right to make charge depending on the situation and the losses which will have because of that;
10. If I must stay and wait for someone to come on the pickup or delivery address there will be charge for that £30 up to an hour;
11. It's your responsibility to organize and provide everything what need to be collected. If there is something missing will be not my fault.
12. If the job is failed and if is not my fault then there is no refund;
13. Fuel is included in the price, so I do not charge extra fees for this.
