We are a young local couple who are private landlords for two newly refurbished houses in close proximity to both campuses one in Falmouth and one in Penryn.
We provide a professional yet personal service and our beautiful, well maintained homes include wi-fi, A+ rated appliances and eco-bulbs to keep bills low and both have lovely gardens.
Our properties are both full for 2014/15 but if you are interested in renting either of our properties for the academic year starting in September 2015 please get in touch.
