Central Park Leisure Centre is located just off the A12 in a very accessible area with close links to the A127, M25, local bus routes and Harold Wood train station.
The centre offers great activity opportunities. With two pools both adults and children can enjoy swimming either in structured lessons or simply for fun. The spacious gym offers members the chance to work out on the latest fitness equipment. Members can take part in a variety of indoor activities in the sports hall or use the multi use games area outside which is under floodlights for the darker evenings.
