We are a fully equipped gym with all the equipment you need whether you are a serious sports person or just want that beach body for the summer. We have over 50 classes per week ranging from Circuits to Zumba, relax in our sauna or steam and aromatherapy rooms or pamper yourself in Halcyon our beauty salon. Everyone is welcome from 16 +.
