KingsWood is an outstanding private run day nursery which is Ofsted registered. We care for children between birth and 5 years of age, with the addition of Forest School holidays clubs upto 8 years.

We are based in an old converted school on the Hampshire/Dorset boarder in the rural village of Alderholt, Nr.Fordingbridge.

Our opening times are Monday-Friday 7.45am-6pm, 50 weeks of the year (closing a week in August and over the Christmas period.) We offer a variety of sessions including mornings, afternoons and full day care.


KingsWood boasts an inspirational woodland site and outdoor facilities alongside its idyllic building. We have 2 school sites located in our Woodland which offer enriching experiences to all ages of children where their learning can be nurtured in the natural surroundings.
