Indoor bowls club
The purpose-built club was created in 2000 after the original club burnt down in February 1997, we are located in the village of Lakenheath we have 189 members from the age of 11 to 90 years of age.
New members are always welcome to join the thriving and competitive club which provides an opportunity to play at all levels, from domestic to county and national.
Lakenheath indoor bowls club is run a committee of 10 members. It is affiliated to the English Indoor Bowling Association, Suffolk County Indoor Bowling Association,
The indoor season runs from September to April we also run a friendly summer league during the summer period normal on a Tuesday and a Wednesday evening
Facilities at Lakenheath, large car park, changing rooms / lockers, bowls loan for beginners, licensed bar and cold drinks & snacks.
