PROPOSED HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN PADDOCK WOOD
WARRINGTON ROAD ACTION GROUP (WRAG)

As you are probably aware, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council are planning to build a minimum of 650 new houses in the town at Church Farm, Green Lane and Mascalls Farm.

The Mascalls Farm site planning application, previously rejected by TWBC, is expected to be re-submitted. This will push the number of new houses up to around the 1000 mark.

In the future, this number will increase due to Central Government initiatives.

Wherever you live in the town, the impact that these developments will have upon you will be traumatic, whether it be flooding, road chaos or parking, it will effect you.
