A thriving family orientated martial arts school teaching quality Taekwon Do for effective self defence, fitness, weight loss and enjoyment.

Taekwon Do is an effective form of self-defence as well as an exciting competitive sport and an Olympic event. We pride ourselves in having a network of professionally run, successful, safe classes catering for all ages. The need to learn some form of self-defence is becoming increasingly more important in modern life. Our aim is to develop students in a non-threatening, non-intimidating and stimulating fun environment enabling them to protect themselves on the street.

All our instructors are fully qualified, insured, police checked (CRB) and hold a first aid qualification. We have been very successful in national tournaments, producing many national and international champions over the years.

In addition to the normal coloured belt clubs there is also a black belt club aimed at maintaining the high standards of the association black belts which in turn filters down to all ranks.

Taekwon-Do holds no barriers to gender, age, size or level of fitness. Children and adults alike are enjoying our classes all over the UK and every one of them is getting something from it.
