1947 (Birstall) Squadron ATC. For Boys & Girls aged 12-17 years, We meet Tuesday & Thursday Evenings 19:00 - 21:30 At Riverside Primary School, Birstall
The squadron is open to all young people aged 12 to 20. We aim to promote an interest in aviation studies and the Royal Air Force in general. We also aim for cadets to learn skills that will be useful to them in later life, things such as leadership and discipline. We actively promote the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme and in addition to this we also offer several BTEC qualifications.
