No:25 complies with current building regulations with all doors having low level thresholds, air source heating provides an efficient energy system, insulation levels add to a warm, cosy house with low carbon emissions, further enhanced by A rated appliances. To the rear of the property we provide a shed for the storage of equipment, walking boots, fishing rods and bikes. There is ample parking in the communal car park.
The property is ideally situated within short walking distance of the town centre which offers a wide variety of shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and transport links. A leisurely stroll takes you to the nearby supermarkets, Pickaquoy Leisure complex, Skate Park and Kirkwall Golf Course.
Tourist attractions nearby include the magnificent St Magnus Cathedral and the Bishop’s and Earl’s Palaces.
