Learn to dance, tone and get fit! Taught by fully qualified dance and fitness teacher and ex West End performer, Debbie Kenwood Beard.

Debbie has been dancing since the age of five and has had a wide range of professional experience in both fitness and dance.

Debbie's performance achievements include, 42nd Street, Royal Variety Performances, Top of the Pops Germany, Guys and Dolls and much more!

Debbie is a fully qualified dancer and fitness teacher with current public liability insurance and teaches choreography, masterclasses and resident classes at a wide range of establishments.

Debbie started 5678 Dance Workout for those who want to learn to dance, get fit and have fun whilst doing so! The class not only helps to tone core areas, but also teaches you several different styles of dance over the course of six weeks.

During the six weeks you can expect to learn jazz, tap, ballet, ballroom, musical theatre and bollywood routines.

Age 16+ suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities. Beginners welcome. £7 per session or £30 for six weeks!
