The Farm House is situated less than 1 mile from the top of the newly completed downhill bike trail on the Glenlivet Estate, 6 miles from the Lecht Ski Centre, less than 1 mile from the Whisky and Castle Trail, 2 miles off the tourist route between Tomintoul and Grantown-on-Spey and only a 30 minutes drive away from Aviemore which offers a wide range of activities for all age groups. For those interested in wildlife there is plenty to see in the surrounding hill sides and a 45 minute drive will take you to see the Wildlife of the Moray Firth.
