Dan Clements is a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) with many years experience in the design and detailing of domestic and non-domestic properties. Aditus Architectural Services has been set up to specialise in small scale domestic and non-domestic new build, extensions, refurbishments and alterations. Offering a hassle free Architectural service for domestic clients, from concept design to construction, we aim to provide fantastic customer service and client satisfaction at affordable rates. Dan also works for an Architects practice in Carlisle as a senior Chartered Technologist, as such he is constantly working on a variety of projects and in a variety of sectors.

As a STROMA certified 'on construction domestic energy assessor' we can provide 'new build' SAP calculations and EPC certification. Dan is able to offer full NBS specification and scheduling for clients and undertakes work as a CDMc.
