Welcome to Aldi UK's official Facebook Page, the place to find out more about the great range of award winning products available in Aldi stores nationwide

We've received fantastic feedback from consumers across the country about our 'Like Brands' TV adverts and seen lots of people sharing these on social media. With this in mind, we wanted to create a place where people could ‘Like’ Aldi and share their experiences and feedback.

We also use our Facebook page to communicate directly with our customers. We share product news, provide updates on our world famous Specialbuys, run competitions offering you the chance to win a range of great products and tell you more about the great awards that we keep winning. Most importantly though, we enjoy hearing from you - so Like our Page and get posting.

While we will try to respond to customer service enquiries posted on our Facebook Page, we recommend that you contact our customer service team, which is specially trained in answering your product and store questions. They are available via email customer.service@aldi.co.uk Monday - Friday from 9.00am - 5.30pm.

Rules for using our Page: We set up our Facebook Page for all our fans to use and enjoy, and we are keen to keep it like this. While we'd like to see your comments, photos, videos and posts, we reserve the right to remove any user comment that is offensive, off-topic or inappropriate and ask that users respect the rules below. We also ask that users treat others as they would like to be treated. Failure to comply with these rules will result in user content being removed and users being banned from using our Page.

We ask that user posts do not:

• Abuse, insult, intimidate, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others
• Publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, misleading or unlawful material or information
• Upload or attach files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless the user owns or controls the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents
• Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer
• Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded.
• Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded
• Advertise products or services on this page
• Contain links to external websites
• Repeatedly post or spam the Page

We also ask users to consider the content of the information they are intending to share before they upload it to Aldi’s Facebook Page. Parking Enquiries

In order to ensure the provision of car parking availability to all our customers, we need to have a car park management system in place across a number of Aldi stores.

If any customer feels that they have received a charge unfairly, they should let us know and we will be more than happy to look into individual cases.
