I am a teacher of the Alexander Technique registered with the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique - MSTAT.
I work in Woodbridge at the Woodbridge Complementary Health Centre, in Southwold at Southwold Hospital and from my home in Boyton, Suffolk.
I have a lively Alexander teaching practice working with a wide range of people - from teenagers to people in their 90s; men and women, boys and girls - who come for help with a wide range of problems: mental, emotional and physical.
Do call me to talk about having lessons.
