We will help you get into the best shape of your life through our bootcamps, personal training and nutrition advice. Our sessions are for ladies only and open to all ages, all fitness levels and all sizes! We work you hard but make sure it is fun too...learn to love fitness and learn to love you.
Our bootcamps sessions are:
Monday 9.30-10.30am (running session) and 7.30-8.30pm
Tuesday 9.30-10.30am and 7-8pm
Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm
Thursday 9.30-10.30am and 7-8pm
Friday 9.30-10.30am
Personal training can take place any time, anywhere - whatever suits you!
Nutrition Advice is based on a 12 week programme which will see you change you eating habits for life!
