Cakes and cupcakes for all occasions

I have a 5* food hygiene rating from Great Yarmouth Borough Council and I have a level 2 food hygiene certificate.

I've always loved baking and having 3 children have had no shortage of birthday cakes to make over the years for them and other family members and friends.

Amanda's Pantry has been created after so many friends and relatives have encouraged me to go for it!

I can make cupcakes for any occasion or a celebration sponge or fruit cake for any celebration.

I have spent years making sugar flower decorations and can create numerous flowers to decorate cakes if desired.

I am happy to take inspiration to create a cake from a photo/image but cannot exactly copy it due to other cake makers creative rights.
