Gentle Yoga- Suitable for beginners or those who wish to gain more strength, focus and flexibility. Classes include many alignment cues and also focus on Core Strength,Pranayama, Hand Mudras and meditation.
Dynamic Hatha/slow flow - a dynamic class that concentrates on integrity and intention of movement. Each week we work on our core to build strength from the inside out. We work dynamically with the breath and also have focus on Pranayama, meditation and mudras.
One to one classes- An hours practice tailored to suit your needs.
