My jams, jellies and relishes are made with seasonal home-grown fruit and vegetables or quality locally-grown produce. The citrus fruit used in marmalades is bought via a local greengrocer. Our own fruit and vegetables are grown without herbicides or pesticides.

All products are made by hand at home in small batches using the traditional open-pan method, and are free from artificial colours and preservatives.

I have the highest Food Hygiene Rating (5) from North Norfolk District Council, and a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.
