Fun and full energy ashtanga vinyasa yoga classes. Siobhan is also a level 2 British triathlon coach and ironman coach. Great for all especially athletes
Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a physical and philosophical practice based on breath movement synchronicity. An active series of postures to open and realign the body. Ultimately, once learned, breath and movement become one and the practice leads to calmness and a meditative state.
Siobhan is a 200hrs registered yoga teacher and has completed training with John Scott, Lucy Scott, David Keil and Greg Nardi. She started her practice in 2000, albeit once a week and in 2004 met her current teacher, Scott Johnson. For the past few years she has has a regular early morning weekday practice at Stillpoint Yoga London.
Although respectful to the lineage and traditional with her teaching, Siobhan very much teachers from an anatomical aspect. While some practitioners refrain from sport, Siobhan is a keen triathlete and has a deep body awareness. She fully encourages sport and sees yoga as great compliment, gaining further anatomical and coaching qualifications.
Her classes are fun and energy filled
