A Write Highland Hoolie is a new book festival based in Mallaig at the end of the Road to the Isles. Date Friday Oct 21st-Sunday Oct 23rd 2016
This is Mallaig's inaugural Book Festival which we very much hope to make an annual event. It takes place at the West Highland Hotel, Mallaig, from late afternoon on Friday October 21st - mid afternoon on Sunday 23rd October 2016. We are grateful for the support of the Moidart Trust, and are providing a packed programme of well-known authors, as well as the extraordinary diverse musical talents of Elsa Jean McTaggart, and her husband Gary Lister, children's events and a children's workshop.
