Bad boy chilli company grow and import chillies, we turn these chillies into a chilli mash, which is basically mashed up chillies that have been preserved in vinegar. The chilli mash is a very versatile product that you can add to your cooking for heat and flavour.We only use one type of chilli for each mash so if you want to add scotch bonnet to your dish the it's only scotch bonnet you get. We don't use any extract in our mashes, just 100% fresh chillies, preserved then mashed. We currently have Jolokia Naga, Scotch Bonnet And Birds Eye red and green. Later in the year we will be launching our Cornish own grown mash, this will be a mix of some of the hottest chillies we can get our hands on.
