Aylesbury Vale Academy and Berryfields Primary Nursery are a £29million development by BAM construction on behalf of BCC.
Work started in April 2012 and will be finished in time for the September 2013 academic. The secondary school is to accommodate 1500 students and will have new grass sports pitches, synthetic sports pitches, multi-use games areas and external landscaping. The primary school located directly adjacent to the academy will accommodate 420 students. Within this building there will also be a nursery and community facilities.
