And so it all began....
After a long walk exploring those vast Highland Moors, breathing the crisp air, drinking crystal clear water from the brooks, running from midges and absorping all the scenic wonders of the Scottish Outer Hebrides.
Such exhibitions are traditionally followed by tea and cake with Granny McIntosh. Her wee house is on the Isle of Lewis and looks out over the ocean. On one particular visit, Granny McIntosh gifted me a beautiful Cream, Harris Tweed coat, woven in Lewis and designed and stitched herself over 50 years ago. There is nothing like a tweed coat for those blustery Scottish days and it's still in perfect condition.
From then on, my love with Harris tweed was borne. I began visiting the mills, buying the cloth and creating unique designs I couldn't find elsewhere.
So here I proudly present my vision; Tweed Corsets, Ruffles, Hoods, embellished with lace and brass!
All of our pieces are one of a kind!
