Baughurst Scout and Guide Group Annual Fireworks Display Page

The annual public professional Firework display in Baughurst has been run by the Baughurst Scout and Guide Group since 1991 when it took over from the Baughurst Venture Scout Unit which had been running an annual display since 1981 (early years just for group but certainly a public display by 1985). All profits from the shows go into the running of the Scout and Guide group and directly benefit the young people that are members of the group.

The Display is supplied by Fantastic Fireworks (2015 British Firework Champions) and has been since 1991. The trained and qualified firers are also supplied on behalf of Fantastic Fireworks.

As well as the actual display we have a a range of hot food and drinks, bar, tombola, sale of glow sticks, a large fire as well as toilet facilities and first aid cover provided by the Red Cross.

As a professional display we take treat your safety above all else and to this end we have a safety cordon that exceeds the minimum crowd distance for the fireworks in use and also restrcit access to the fire and firing area before, during and after the show. Those in the firing area are fully trained and wearing the appropriate safety gear.

We do not allow any personal fireworks to be brought to the show, which includes sparklers
