Payment is due on completion by either cash, cheque or card payment.

Please try and give me 24 hrs notice if you need to change an appointment, I will do the same if I need to.

Your appliance needs to be in good repair, any oven will be heated through before cleaning to check operation of elements, fans and doors and any faults will be pointed out to you. If you still wish me to proceed after any fault has been notified then no claims can be entered into following any clean.

Nothing I use in routine cleaning can cause damage to an oven, all products are specifically designed for the task.

Any damage caused caused to any appliance before or after I arrive or leave on any clean by another will not be proportioned to me. Any insurance covers damage by myself whilst onsite only.

Light bulb covers break easily, if I can remove it I will, if it is seized then I will not force it unless instructed by the customer.

***Whilst I will try and help with small minor repairs, I am not an appliance engineer, if your appliance does not function correctly then I will try my best to point you in the right direction of a specialist***
