I am an approachable and friendly hypnotherapist with clinics in Haslemere and Farnham.

Originally I experienced hypnotherapy first hand as a client, which began this huge passion and desire to go on and help others in this completely unique and exciting way.

In 2012 I went on to study and receive my diploma in hypnotherapy from the Hampshire school of hypnotherapy, since then having gone on to achieve certificates and trained in many other techniques including the hypno-gastric band.

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool which helps the mind heal itself, it is by no means a magic wand however, it could be the answer to helping you overcome many problems enabling you to move on with your life.

I myself have been in a similar situation to many of my clients and I cannot believe how much hypnotherapy helped me in my life, this experience has made me so passionate about helping others in this completely unique way and it is so rewarding seeing my clients develop and achieve their own personal goals.

The techniques used are gestalt, inner child and regression techniques paired with NLP in order to get the best results possible and ensure they are a lot more long term. I pride myself in adapting herself to each client’s individual case and their unique needs alongside providing the best possible service at all times
