The festival will be set in the stunning grounds of Bicton College, an area of outstanding natural beauty in the heart of East Devon. The grounds comprise 200 hectares of open parkland and rolling countryside and a majestic Georgian manor house that overlooks the beautiful lake and grounds.
On our doorstep is the picturesque town of Budleigh Salterton, which is situated towards the western start of the majestic World Heritage Jurassic Coast, in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has a 2 mile pebble beach and safe, clean bathing water.
Exmouth is only a few miles further on, a lively town, where the River Exe meets the sea. The town offers a diverse selection of shops, places to eat and things to do, including top quality water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing, fantastic routes for cycling and walking, internationally-acclaimed nature reserves as well as two miles of stunning beach that are a joy whatever the weather.
Bicton is also a stone’s throw away from Woodbury Common. This extensive range of commons, is extremely rich in wildlife and natural history, and contain the geologically important Pebblebed Heaths. Our close proximity allows walkers of all ages and abilities the opportunity to enjoy this unique area.
