Birdland Park and Gardens - 01451 820480

Set up in 1957, Birdland was established originally in the centre of Bourton on the Water and was one of the original bird gradens in the UK. It moved to its present location in 1988 and has continued to expand

Home to nearly 500 birds of 120 species, including Englands only rookery of King Penguins, as well as Flamingos, Owls, Hornbills, Ratites, Pelicans, Parrots, Pheasants and many softbills. There is a large nature area as well as an indoor Discovery Zone

The Flamingo Cafe is open daily from April until October and then weekends only from then on. Hot drinks are available from the gift shop
