Blackbird Arts is a loose association of Artists and Makers, who aim to deliver Hands-on art tuition to people of mixed abilities. At our events tools and materials are supplied, though you may be asked to bring along a piece of reference material, or to sketch out some ideas before you arrive, from which you can work on the day. The mornings begin with a short talk about the processes involved and, should you need it, help will be given to start your piece. Advice and further tuition then continues throughout the day. Tea, Coffee, and cake provide the fuel. Your finished piece, or pieces, are then yours to take home.
