I train outside January through to November come rain, wind or sunshine or even snow. I train inside November through to December.
If you have been diagnosed as clinically obese. I will offer my help free of charge until you reach your goal. You will need your doctor's approval. A doctor's note would be great. To let me know of any Do's or Don'ts.
Equipment I use are kettle bells, slam balls, sand bags, ropes, tyres, dumb bells, medicine balls. All great for a good core work out. I mix it up with different exercises like push ups, crunches, sit ups, squats, lunges, plank, burpee in different variations for a full body workout.
