Bluebird Care is one of the nation’s leading providers of care in the home offering the highest standards of care with every visit.
Introducing Bluebird Care (Epsom & Kingston)
Bluebird Care (Epsom & Kingston) offers a leading care at home service that enables people to remain in the comfort and security of their own surroundings.
An often preferred alternative to a residential care home, Bluebird Care’s services are tailored to individual needs and can include Care Visits at Home, Live-in services and specialist care services.
Our home care is entirely flexible with services ranging from 30 minutes to around-the-clock care. Our fully trained Care Managers ensure that care plans are reviewed and amended to your needs, as they change.
Tailored in-home care visits -
Care visits can include help getting up, washing and dressing and may involve cleaning, laundry, ironing and shopping trips. Care can also be provided throughout the night on a sleeping or waking basis depending on the level of attention required. Our bespoke service supports independent living - as each day is different, understanding your agenda is central to our service.
Live-in Care -
For those who need more intensive support at many different times of day, Live-in care may be required. Our Live-in carers provide a real source of comfort for those who need more frequent support with personal care, housekeeping and other everyday necessities. Bluebird Care’s Live-in carers always work with respect and kindness and are often involved in supporting customers with their pastimes and activities, including visiting friends.
Respite Care -
If you care for a spouse or other loved-one, Bluebird Care can help by providing respite services, to give you the opportunity for a well-deserved break. Whether you need to take time out during the week or need a holiday, our fully trained Care Assistants can provide comprehensive respite care.
Bluebird Care’s respite services can be particularly useful for those acting as main carers for loved ones with conditions requiring high levels of care including Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
Dementia -
As there are varied forms of dementia which affect people in different ways, we ensure that our specially trained carers respect and compassion for each individual under our care. Bluebird Care regularly provides training updates to ensure that carers understand both the practical and emotional aspects of caring for someone with dementia. Due to the nature of the illness, many people with dementia opt for Live-in carers and the extra dimension of care they provide.
Starting your Bluebird Care services -
The very first step is to arrange an initial visit where we will carry out a Care Assessment, explain the services we offer, and answer any questions you may have. Following the introductory meeting, if you are entirely happy, we will move to the next step of drawing up an individual care plan. Bluebird Care Assistants, and where necessary, Live-in Carers will then be selected and introductions made.
Throughout your time with us our supervisors and coordinators will be in touch regularly to ensure that you continue to receive the very best care and that everything is to your liking and up to our high standards.
