Bluebird Care (South Tyneside) covers all areas of South Tyneside borough council and includes; South Shields, Westoe, Harton, Boldon, Cleadon, Whitburn, Jarrow and Hebburn.

What we do

Our philosophy is simple; we aim to provide care and support to enable people to live an active, holistic, safe and independent life as possible. Through a good old fashioned service and a ‘can do attitude’, this has been built around a passion to deliver high quality care and an unprecedented level of service. We care passionately about what we do, operating to the highest standards and never over promise or under deliver. Treating each customer with the dignity and respect they deserve, as if they were a member of our own family.

One of the thing that sets us apart from other care providers, is the fact that we use the word 'customer', not 'service user' or' client'. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service as well as industry leading care.
