It is a low impact, mini trampoline work out, choreographed to the latest chart topping tunes.
Each mini trampoline has a safety bar, allowing for an extremely effective cardio section, whilst also working legs, bums and tums.
Designed for all abilities and ages, it allows you to burn fat and have fun at the same time.
Unlike regular trampolining, the aim is not to bounce high but instead perform a series of small, controlled movements to target a range of muscle groups.
