Hi guys, Why not come along and try this new fun filled, energetic fitness class! Burning up to 600 calories in one 50 minute session. This class is fabulous for all shapes and sizes, my trampolines hold up to 31 stone in weight. It is probably the best form of exercise, as there is minimal impact on your body when bouncing, if you suffer with joint problems etc then this class is ideal for you!
