Welcome to Cardiff’s very first bespoke fitness Bootcamp. Our 4 week course includes 4 outdoor sessions, 4 indoor sessions, 2 Fitness and Nutrition workshops, a meal plan, a food detox plan, and plenty of fun!
We have combined some of the most popular fitness classes and concepts to create an efficient array of sessions that will not only help you lose fat and gain strength and muscle, it will give you fitness knowledge for a lifetime.
If you are new to fitness training or a fitness addict, there will definitely be something for you. All activities cater for all abilities so you can work as hard as your body allows you.
Sessions are run by an experienced fitness instructor, personal trainer, and lecturer in fitness and sport who has over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry. So you are in reliable and safe hands.
