(( BOUNCE ))™ will get you improving cardiovascular health and weight loss 3 times quicker than any other exercise due to opposing extra gravity, FACT!

High speed beats mixed with low impact moves means the workout is tough, but comfortable on the joints as the trampoline pad absorbs over 87% of shock so our class is suitable for people up to 125kg, those maybe struggling with an old injury, or people with more brittle bones as our workout also improves bone density.

The class blasts out great tunes to motivate and our instructors are friendly, excitable and very inspiring! We start with a warm up, onto the cardio section, then body conditioning for toning plus a stretch to finish, offering a 'full body fix'.
