Focusing on simple arm and leg moves whilst bouncing around to high speed urban beats, this low impact workout is suited to all ages and fitness levels and those returning from injury.
Sessions are an hour long and include body conditioning and core stability focusing on muscle tone to achieve an all-over cardio workout that will have you hooked!
