Bowen Therapy is a gentle, relaxing and effective approach to treating your aches, pains, stress and tension.

The Bowen Technique is a very gentle, subtle and relaxing hands-on remedial therapy which aims to boost the body’s natural healing capability. As an holistic therapy, it seeks to rebalance the whole body as well as working on the area that may be the core problem.

The Technique consists of a series of gentle moves across muscle, tendon and other soft tissue. Short breaks are incorporated into the treatment - typically between 2 and 5 minutes. These breaks give the body time to process the moves.

The Bowen Technique is so gentle that it is suitable for people of all ages, from new born babies to the frail and the elderly.
