Bowmen of Minchinhampton

Hello and welcome to Bowmen of Minchinhampton

The Bowmen of Minchinhampton are a small and friendly target archery club who are based at Woodchester, located on the A46 between Stroud and Nailsworth in Gloucestershire.

The club has been in existence for over 35 years and is still going strong. We participate primarily in local and regional tournaments.

Although several of our members shoot at county level, our aim as a club is also to promote archery in the local area and beyond. Consequently, we run at least one beginner's course each year, sometimes two, along with several "Have a Go" events at which people who have never tried archery before can experience it for themselves under skilled supervision.

Our club is open to ages 8yrs - 98yrs!!! As long as you're fit and able to shoot ;)
We love to encourage younger ones to pick up the sport and see them shoot alongside longer standing members.
