Boxercise is a fun and safe exercise class that will teach you the correct boxing stance and all eight punches including: Jab, Cross, Hooks and uppercuts.
It is a non-contact exercise class where you will use boxing mitts and pads. It is a great stress reliever.
You will also participate in fun boxing games.
