There are really talented people out there who make novelty cakes, and there are bakers who make the huge, elaborate cakes for special occasions, I am the type of baker who is really interested in how the cake tastes and making it pretty.

I make everything from scratch; that means my own curds, sometimes jams, frostings, (with the occasional exception), toffee, fudge etc...People who buy my cakes are busy, non-bakers who want something special for a few people on a special occasion.

I like a challenge so just because you cannot see it up there does not mean I'm not willing to make something. Please get in touch.
