Breech Lane Curry House is a home based Indian cookery school where I teach curry lovers to make authentic Indian vegetarian and non vegetarian food. I also run a high end takeaway/ catering business promoting healthy, honest and home cooked food made with quality ingredients.

My mission is to promote my traditional family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. I will use quality ingredients that promote local produce and easy to source Indian spices to make them into healthy, homely and tasty meals. You will learn to cook both non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes along with a selection of Indian wholemeal rotis, rice dishes, chutneys and raitas that compliment each other. There will be a session on demystifying Indian spices as they form the backbone of all curries.

Classes are informal and hands on, held in the comfort of my home kitchen, lasting upto three hours, with a maximum of 3 participants at a time. Vegetarian only, private one on one classes or cooking demonstration for larger groups is available on request.
