Bridgend Camera Club meet every fortnight on a Monday evening from 7pm-9pm at Bridgend Studios, 1 Kilmore Rd, Crossgar
Bridgend Camera Club is a practical, hands-on club catering for all levels from started to those wanting to refresh their current skill bank.
You will get to know your cameras controls and you will realise the full potential of your camera and yourself as a photographer.
During your membership you will understand:
– How to move off “automatic” and shoot in full manual mode;
– The fundamentals of ISO, shutter and aperture controls to use for you photograph;
– Off camera lighting, including using a studio.
– Photographic composition – what makes an interesting image and how to edit your shots
At Bridgend Camera Club we believe in learning by experience so we will be taking regular outings and making use of our fully equipped studio to give you as much practical experience as possible.
As a member of Bridgend Camera Club you will also have access to editing programmes such as Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop and part of your experience will include learning how to use these programmes.
Ongoing support will also be available via the use of our “members only” discussion group and regular newsletter.
All this is and more is available for only £10 per evening. That’s it nothing else to pay and no contract to fill out. If your enjoying yourself and learning then you pay as you learn if not no worries.
We have our own Facebook Group, which is a closed group to members only, where we will be able to show off our developing photographic skills to each other whilst keeping our results private between the Club Members.
