Broxton Home & Pet Minding Services has been established in recognition of a demand for such services in the local area. My name is Lisa and so many people have said to me in the past "I wish I knew someone who could pop in and feed the cat or water the plants while I am away" - well, maybe now I am that person!

What do we do?

Home protection and Pet Care visits to your home - holidays, weekends, or just a day. Includes looking after pets, watering plants, small gardening services such as deadheading and feeding plants, curtains opened and closed, post stored securely, daily text or email update with photos, bins brought in or out, weather check on property after bad weather, heating adjusted and many other little things that make a difference.

Unoccupied properties monitored and checked
e.g. nursing home care, probate, hospital stays, between tenants, due to relocation, awaiting sale of property, extended holidays or business trips.

Tenancy Inspections
Let us pop in to your rental property to check that everything is ticking over and that your property is being cared for by the tenant.

Dog Walking
Daily walks, one off or holiday care
