What happens during the Challenge?
You'll learn everything you need to know to help you reach your goals at weekly meetings which will only take up an hour of your time. You will get important information from the week's topic, weekly weigh ins on our body composition scales and a personal coach who's been through the process of weight loss, fat loss and lean muscle gain...and succeeded. They're there to help and motivate you too. Meetings are an opportunity to get expert advice, share helpful information - or just listen and gain support from other people in the Challenge.
