Sessions are held every Tuesday 19.00 to 21.30 and Saturday 11.00 to 12.30.
We welcome all ages (from 5 upwards) and fitness levels. Family Groups especially welcome.
The club is run by a WJJF qualified coach with NVQ and CRB clearance and is fully insured through the WJJF.
