The Bushey Village Community Hall Trust (BVCHT) is a charity that has been formed with the aim of saving Falconer Hall for the community of Bushey Village
In line with the Parochial Church Council (PCC) of St. James, it has been stated there is an ambition to dispose of Church property, Falconer Hall has now been placed on the open market. The Hall is for sale with a guide price of £300,000 and there is a “For Sale” sign outside the hall.
The Bushey Village Community Hall Trust (BVCHT) is a charity which has been formed with the sole aim of purchasing the freehold of Falconer Hall outright, maintaining it and therefore preserving and securing its future for the community as a whole for generations to come.
