** Items are unsuitable for children under 36 months unsupervised due to small parts **

We offer a 14 day guarentee with our products that if they are damaged on delivery /or within this time we will replace/fix the items or items can be sent back and you will receive a full refund . If damaged on delivery then photographic evidence is required so we are able to claim from the royal mail(items must be shown in package ).
Customers have 14 working days from time of receipt of goods to cancel and return the item - personalised items are exempt from right to cancel.

Postage will be added to items, though postage will be combined on mutiple purchases .
