Couch to 5K (C25K) programme every Thursday at 6pm and Sunday morning at 9:30am. Next training block starts on 19th January meeting at the 3G pitches at Ulster University Coleraine.
The programme lasts for 8 weeks, you can pay-as-you-go, with each session costing £3.50, or pay upfront for all the sessions at a discounted price. (Paying up front is also great as it's a motivator to not miss any sessions. :-) If you only want to come to one session a week that's OK)
C25k Coleraine is the perfect way to get started even if you've never ran or exercised before.
Every session is tailored to suit each person at their own level of ability, with the emphasis on fun, safety, support and inclusivity.
You will be supported, encouraged and guided on training sessions to improve your running, fitness and health goals.
